Bought these boots for my son (16) since he had killed his last pair of steel toes. He's in automotive for school, repairs small engines on the weekends and mows lawns in the afternoon... he's a hard working teen! Needless to say he is tough on his boots. I'm not complaining that his last pair tapped out at 6 months. He wanted something different this time and really like the Western Boot style of these Rockys. He needs steel toe for the shop. These were the perfect combo for that. Now at first he thought he made a bad choice, got some decent blisters on his heels. He has never broken in Western style boots and went full tilt from the start. I told him they need to break in and to slow down just a little. A few weeks later I asked him how he likes them now? Said he loves them and he's very happy with the purchase. Glad he got them, you will be too!
