I took these pre natal gummies early on in my pregnancy. After finishing the bottle I switched over to pills that I could swallow rather than gummies.

when ypu check the ingredient you feel its normal and would not make and diff, but the truth you will see the effect directly also it taste very good and sweat like normal gummies
