I'm type 2 and the readings when I'm not taking this are 140-170 and that's with having a salad for my second meal of the day.. by taking 1 with each meal my readings have dropped to 115-125 and a few times it's been 105-109.. my A1C which was 6.3 last reading should go down even more.. hopefully to the point where I'm no longer type 2..
