I did buy incontinence underware from here.... they do work better than the ones I bought from another place. BUT.... these seem to be designed for period leaks... NOT incontinence. Urine travels differently than period leaks. They remind me of the old cloth diapers. For girls the extra went in the back.... I'm an adult so MY leak isn't in the back. They are ok but I'm not 100% happy with their design and leakage protection
