Wrong color

great product, I ordered a black one but recieved a blue one. I recieved it shipped it to my nephew the same day. there is no way to contact the company. yes I could have him ship it back but 7.95 each way makes no sense. He wont carry it says it's a girl color he will get made fun of. They dont live near a Walmart. The only thing about the product I didnt like if you use the handles you cant zip it up all the way. There are zippers on each side that stop at the handles it leaves a gap.

Major design defect

People should know the carry handles are sewn onto the INSIDE of the case making it impossible to use them if you zipper the bag. I thought maybe just this one was defective, but had I read the reviews before buying that was not the case. Returned the next day
