the tracking is stressful

the product is overall great, it's soft and nice. exactly what the image looks like. though the shipping was so stressful, it was stuck in 1 state for weeks and got the notification that I was going to be late, while that deadline got closer it still remained in that state. all of the sudden it got the notification that I had received it? the tracking was a mess but the product was well packaged and not broken or dirty or anything.
