These striped socks have very bold wide stripes in really nice colors, which I find attractive, though they are not very girly-looking! The socks are soft and are a thinner weave, so they fit inside my shoes really well, without any bunching. The toe seam is very tiny and I did not feel it when wearing the socks, the way I do with socks that are on the less expensive side as these are when compared to more expensive brands. I am very sensitive to toe seams and this was a really nice surprise to me. Another good thing is that the heel areas did not move and slide off my heels and down into my shoe the way even many more expensive socks do. Also, the socks stay put on my calves, without any sliding down after many hours of wearing. They do leave a compression mark at the top edge, but then I have a lot of swelling in my ankles and lower legs so this is more noticeable on me than on people with average healthier legs. The fact the socks stay in place is amazing since sliding down is a major negative point about most socks. However, even though they stayed up well on my legs, people with really thin legs may have more of a problem but my experience was excellent. So I really love that the socks are not bulky and thick, stay in place, have a very small toe seam, and have pretty colors in the bold stripe design. I wish they didn't leave compression marks on my calves, but it was not like my circulation was cut off, so I can put up with this from time to time when I wear these socks. Overall, really nice socks!

I received (6) pair of these socks, and I love them all. They are well made, very soft and overall very cute. I selected the set with the polka dots. The come in (6) different colors and would look great with jeans, slacks, etc. Since they are crew socks, they can also be worn with shorts and would look very cute. I would recommend these socks to any age group, from young to old would like the appearance of these.
