Defective Tires

Custom wheel outlet inc. is the company you receive the product from not Walmart. The tires were bad tires my local tire store couldn't balance them they were so bad. You wouldn't know the tire is bad until you try to balance them. And this companies policy states once they're mounted the return on it is voided meaning you're stuck with faulty tires. It's unsafe to even drive with the tires they sent me! So now I'm stuck buying another set of tires but I will be buying local in the effort to avoid this situation from happening again.
