Meal Minder® Menu Board

I bought this Reminder bc its bright, colorful, easy to see, and has 3 meaks 3 times daily plus snacks and notes. It's laid out Mon-Sun width plenty of room for me to make notes to track and compare my 3 different situations, especially with my Mom, who'll definitely use the lists on the backside of the Reminder! 1. My elderly Mom, who's forgetful, has health issues, has no appetite, and will forget to eat or drink. 2. To help keep track of my Yorkies diet, they have food allergies and need to gain weight 3. I have chronic health issues that require me to eat and take medication and supplements. I've been too busy and in too much pain to think about eating. And I've become deaf to my phones alarms and reminders. ♡ I was thrilled to get this last one. It arrived in perfect condition and very quickly! I do hope Walmart will offer more of Denise Albrights' cheerful products!
