Cafe™ 30" Smart Five in One Wall Oven with 240V Advantium® Technology - CSB923P4NW2

This is actually my third Advantium oven and each time I've replaced one I've looked for alternatives that can do what it does and I never find it. This time I was thrilled to find that they've upgraded the interface with a sleek new touch interface that works very well. They've also upgraded the look with the Cafe line and I can finally get a white model again. The choice of handle accents is also wonderful and since we have a lot of other copper accents in our kitchen we went with the copper handle and it looks amazing. It also cooks amazingly well. We have a full-size convection oven but we use this for just about everything. In the past microwaves were only really useful for warming things up but this oven actually COOKS! Even simple things like bagel bites or chicken wings taste so much better using the speedcook settings. You can actually make things crispy and browned instead of just warm and soggy. It also has more interior spaced than most microwaves and is the only one we've found that can accommodate a 9X13 pan. The new interface is also a major improvement. The older interface with the analog knob wasn't bad but this is a big step forward. Not only is it much easier to use it's much easier to keep clean. My only minor complaint is that it can be sluggish at times... Hopefully they can speed it up in an update.
