SEAL & FINISH is a ready‐to‐use, water base coating that makes concrete surfaces easier to clean and resistant to staining. A clear, low‐gloss finish seals and protects new or existing, interior or exterior horizontal concrete. It can also be applied over or under other concrete coatings or as a protective layer over concrete stains. The final gloss will be determined by the initial porosity of the surface and the number of the coats applied. Multiple coats will produce a semi‐gloss finish. SEAL & FINISH does not require acid etching and can be touched up or recoated with simple surface preparation.
