A little research that ended well!
I love this machine! I am a recently retired teacher and needed a replacement laptop. I researched about two weeks online and in stores to narrow the field and this model had great reviews. I am not a gamer and wanted to stay in the 14-15" display size for portability; this is incredibly lightweight at around 2.2 pounds. It's quiet with a quick startup, and the tracking pad is nicely responsive so there's no need for a mouse. It recognized our older printer without having to download any drivers, and immediately displayed external DVD and flash drives. I would have liked a larger hard drive but can add more storage later if I want. Screen resolution and video streaming is good. Very easy and low hassle to set up. If you want a moderately priced, easy to use laptop, this is an excellent call.
