The pieces were smaller than I had expected. Some pieces were torn (5). But it was fun for my daughter and I to put together. It took us about 5 days, working on it a few hours each day.

please don't buy this puzzle! the pieces do not fit properly. you literally have to force every piece together (before you ask, yes i am sure they are the right piece!). for the amount of $ this puzzle is, you can buy other puzzles that actually puzzle.
