I've bought these many times

I've used these brushes for many years now. I treat them pretty badly as I scrub away at the canvas. When they are old and worn out, I use them for trees, clouds, or anything else that needs a rough, soft edge.

Love these (Mimik Hog set of 11) brushes!

I am new to painting and have just started to try "Bob Ross" painting. So far I am pretty decent at making clouds and mountains but I have had such a difficult time making trees. My poor trees were very sad looking and not realistic at all. I thought perhaps it was just me but I decided to buy these brushes to see if it would make any difference. I mainly bought this set for the fan brush to re-attempt making "happy trees". I LOVE the fan brush in this set! I still have a long way to go but I am actually making happy trees now!!! The fan brush in this set much better than the Bob Ross fan brushes. I am able to get much better results and use less paint as well, which is fantastic as I am going through a lot of paint because I am learning and practicing right now. The fan brush in this set is perfect for me and I feel as though it has enough stiffness and spring for making evergreen trees but is so much easier to work with than the Bob Ross fan brushes. I have already purchased another one and plan to buy at least one more. Also, They clean up very nicely, have not shed and have retained their shape so far.
