I have a lot of sensory aversions, and it doesn't matter how *good for me* something is- if it tastes bad or has a bad texture, I won't take it. I have been taking these for more than 5 years, which is basically a miracle. I first bought them while pregnant because all the prenatals made me sick, and these are GELATIN FREE. Many brands use pork gelatin, and these don't. (We don't consume pork, so that matters to us) Many vitamins make me feel nauseated. These don't. Many vitamins taste bad or make me burp. These don't. Many vitamins smell horrible. These don't. These have a good texture like a proper gummy snack, never been gritty or weird. The flavor is actually delicious, sweet and pleasantly tart, which helps me and my teen sons to actually take them. Many times we have remarked we wish we could actually just eat them. They taste that good. How do I know they work? I don't, but as a skeptic, I will still acknowledge that I feel a bit peppier during the day when I am consistent with these, and sleep a bit better at night, too. As a perpetually tired person, I notice a difference. Sometimes, if your house is hot, they clump together at the bottom of the bottle, I find using a chopstick and poking around helps free them up again. Side note- The Kids Vegetarian Multivitamin Gummies are also really good, and my sensory selective kids happily take them.

As a person who has difficulties swallowing larger vitamin pills, these gummies are wonderful. Great taste and value for the money! I have purchased many times.
