very satisfied with the product and customer support. there was an issue with the tracking on my order. Contacted Walmart who in turn contacted the seller. quuck response from E-GO and they sent out a new one right away and received it in 2 days. My mill came with instructions, had no burs and all holes aligned perfectly. Took 10 mins to assemble. Would order from them again.

I love this guide, easy to assemble and use, I have it on a 395XP Husqvarna with 36 inch bar, I have milled several logs into building lumber. One weld did break shortly after using but does not affect anything.
