Update to previous review

After I wrote my first review the company contacted me and sent a replacement leash very promptly. It just arrived today so I can't say how it has lasted, but I am very impressed with how quickly and pleasantly my concerns were addressed. I couldn't imagine better customer service. Based on this experience I will probably buy more of their products, I like the designs and now I know they do stand behind the products if there is a problem. Thank you customer service at coastal pet products.

My hands love this leash

Love the hand comfort of this leash, the braided rope style and flat nylon webbing hurt when my 150 lbs dane decides he is going to pull. He recently pulled a little too hard and the stitching gave way. So back here shopping for a replacement.
