Other reviews mention the difficulty in assembly. I can only give my experience, and likely my pieces weren't as poorly manufactured as for others - but for me it wasn't a frustrating experience at all. That being said, it is clear that there are inconsistencies in the manufacturing. I did have one chair that was drilled imperfectly with some wood debris in the way of the screws and one hole that was much deeper set than others. I wish I had recorded an unboxing and assembly so others might have a better understanding of what they're in for. A few tips that I think might help: 1. Clear out any debris from manufacturing. I had some pieces of wood and cushioning that weren't entirely visible at first impeding the bolts. 2. Assemble the chair on a table with the seat side down and the back hanging over the edge. You need to work on the underside at a 90 degree angle. Trying to assemble these on a floor would be absolutely frustrating. 3. Make sure the screw that holds the two leg pieces together is extremely tight. I think this is where some of the wiggle some people mention might be coming from. 4. Machine drilled screws are set at a 90 degree angle, so don't try and thread the screws at the angle of the curvature of the seat. There is a flat board 90 degree board that you are screwing into, so attack the hole perpendicular to table. 5. Push down hard on the metal legs at the same time you screw in the bolts. The bolts might not line up or catch since they are deep seated if you don't squeeze down the padding on the bottom and give yourself some wiggle room. After assembly, we are very happy with the product. Exactly the dimensions and quality that is described. They are comfortable and compact, and most importantly exactly the color and texture pictured. If the manufacturer had better quality control and could guarantee consistency in their manufacturing it would be a 5 star product.
