These Organ needles are for home sewing machines. They have a flat shank and will work in all home sewing machines such as: Juki, Husqvarna, Viking, Baby Lock, Janome, Brother, Bernina, Singer, Pfaff and more. Needles fit any front-to-back threaded machine. This is known as a twin needle or double needle. A twin needle is two needles joined on one flat shank. A twin needle produces two parallel lines of stitching along the top as the bobbin thread zigzags between them. Twin needles are used for pr practical sewing and decorative stitches such as pintucks, seam finishes, and topstitching. Each twin needle features two needles fixed to a single needle shank, allowing you to sew two parallel rows of stitching at the same time. The end result is a nicely-sewn seam or finishing stitch without the use of a serger. The first number shows the distance between the two needles (in MM).
