We machine washed and dried them, and there wasn't aot of lint. They are very cozy. My husband was amazed at how warm they feel as soon as we slip into bed in mid December. They aren't cold like regular sheets and don't need warming up. And they fit our regular deep King mattress. Most sheets don't quite tuck at the bottom but these do! Nice blue and gray plaid! Exactly what I wanted.
