Although I was skeptical they definitely lived up to the hype. Generally I have to strain by the middle of the day but these helped me. I was able to focus my eyes more and productively get through my day. They are very small pellets with a mint like flavor. The packaging is so easy to use. You simply twist until you have 5 pellets in the cap and put them under your tongue to dissolve. Most importantly no water or food is necessary to take the medication. I'd highly recommend these.

I reach for it when my joints or eyes feel strained—especially after too much screen time or long days on my feet. It's gentle, natural, and doesn't upset my system.
