Disappointed in Premier yarn.

I bought 3-7oz skeins of Prmier yarn. I'm very dissapointedi in this yarn. First I couldn't find the starting end at neither end, so I had to use the one on the outside which is a pain and when I could find the end in the inside it was full of knots. Won't buy again.
