I'm 40D. I'm in my 50s and sweat a LOT. I bought this to try to get 'air flow' without ANY material to stop underboob sweat/rash when I'm at home. I'm still in the brand new phase and after trying different lengths, so far feel I need two short strips to provide lift. I do feel like it's helping heat rash but still new to it to find the perfect sweet spot for amount of tape needed and positioning.

I love that it came with sticky pads and not just the tape! So so nice to be able to irse the tape over the pads of you want so you can keep your shape.
