Beautiful rug but not true to size

Colors of the rug were beautiful but the rug was not true to size. It was obviously hand cut to size to 19.6" x 31"; should have been 41". Vendor did "make good" by refunding half of the price.

Quality and color is what I expected. The site says 19.5 x 41.3, but it is mis-marked. That "doormat" size is smaller; mine measures 19.5 x 31.3.
