Good if u like to"mellow out"

Liked the tree scene but it darkened my kitchen way too much. I need the bright light. But I work in an office where my coworker likes it dim on her side of the room. She says it makes her feel better and helps her headaches/migraines. I think I will put it up in our office on her side of the room as a Christmas gift. She will just love it. And I think our patients will too. I would estimate it darkens about 30% which is significant but still able to function. I would not use it in lighting to start an IV on a patient unless they had good veins. Lol. Hope this helps.
