Shady crooks

Bought two pairs of sandals. They vendor have the audacity to send a pair of beach flip-flops in place of one of sandals. I guess this was a third-party vendor that Walmart works with who they should disassociate with because that's not right if the item was not available it should've said that online before I checked out and it did not and now I have to waste my time going to the store to refund it when I bought it online to save time. Shame on this vendor, and shame on Walmart for associating themselves with this third-party vendor.
