We loved that the chair had cup holders which is unique from most other gaming chairs. It was comfortable and the recline and swivel was smooth. You felt like you were on a throne! However, when the chair was assembled it did not align and sit level. The seat and seat back were at an angle from left to right. The chair swiveled with no problem so we used it and waited to see if it would settle into place and level out but it never did. We even assembled it twice hoping that it would help but to no avail. I emailed the seller to see if there was something that could be done to fix it as we were past the return window. They responded same day and asked to send pictures. I did and the seller immediately gave me the option to get a replacement sent or a full refund. I opted for the full refund as i wasn't sure if we would have the same issue. What great customer service. I did not expect such a quick response, a full refund and I didn't even have the hassle of taking apart and returning the chair. I highly recommend this seller.
