i wake to use the bathroom 4 times during the night because i think drinking water during the night keeps my metabolism healthy.And using a 12oz. mellow mag glass of water w/1 dipper of the powder puts me right back to sleep again for a couple few hours until Nature calls again. I've been using over a year now and I am thankful for this product.
