We never received the Neck Fan that we paid for!

When we ordered the product, we received an email saying that it would be delivered on May 21st. It was never delivered! On June 6th I spoke with your rep who said to give ot two days and if it had not been delivered by that time to contact Walmart again. I then spoke with a rep and told the rep it had not been delivered. I was told that a new one was ordered and it would be sent expedited. It has never been delivered. Walmart owes us a refund and needs to do something to make up for the terrible way that this was handled (every step of the way).
