I use these pans for making sweet rolls. The aluminum ones I had for ages began to leave a black residue on the bottom of my sweet rolls so I threw them out. When I saw these stainless ones, a set of 3 for under $12, I was very skeptical! So much so that I kept the box thinking I might have to return them! Well I finally used one and I have been very pleasantly surprised!! They clean up nicely, don't burn in the oven and most importantly, they don't leave residue on the bottom of my sweet rolls! 🤢

They work

I wouldn't exactly call them non-stick, but they do work with a little butter spray and flower. I just wish it'd come in a set of 4 because when you're make a checkered cake you typically need 4 pans and not 3. Either way it worked out. They're pretty easy to clean as well. Just keep them shiny and new and you'll have no problems.
