Warrenty except for the part that breaks
I am a one year owner. Love the scooter. EXCEPT the rear "luggage wheels" The brackets are plastic and they broke. The right one broke off completely and the left one is still hanging on with pieces broken off. Allstate Insurance says they don't cover the claim (Typical) Warranty information: 2 year on the electrical and 3 years on the frame and wheels. (Only not on the small wheels). Contacted MDK Ventures (the seller) they say "no warrenty" contact Manufacturer. The part I bought from a different dealer cost me $65 for frame and wheel. Contacted them and he was able to give me Luggie Mfg phone number. They know about the problem and will be coming out with a stronger bracket in a few monthe. I ordered a plastic rear bracket from Luggie directly for now and I am looking forward to being contacted by Luggie when the new part is available. Will be installing two new plastic brackets for now because I like being able to roll the scooter when loading into my SUV.
