One time use, no customer support at all

Two stars only because the first use was fine and the color match was good. but one week later, it was completely useless. I filled in a spot that was about the size of the paint pen tip, closed it tight, and even put it inside the ziplock bag that it came in. I reached out to the seller 2x, 3x including the time Walmart reached out but absolutely NO reply of any sort.
