It also includes two pre-drilled holes of 1/2" that will allow smooth mounting. The mower guard features two prongs that will ensure optimal efficiency of your blades, keeping them properly aligned and ensuring uninterrupted crop-cutting.
• Unique Design: These sickle guards include two sharp pointing fingers protruding. cutter bar. the bident design sickle guard ensures seamless crop and unwanted rock penetration. Installation Process:-

• Install the sickle after switching off the engines of your combine harvester.
• Bring the cutting platform or header to the ground level and remove the existing sickle guard (if there is any).
• Check the attachment points on the cutting platform and header - now secure the new guards.
• Adjust the guard for proper alignment with the knife, and secure it with the bolts & nuts (not included).
• Check the alignment and movement once again to ensure smooth operation.
