Great seller and communication. It is nice to see a company stand behind their products and follow up with satisfaction. I had no issue with these printer cartridges in the past. I do not use my printer every day. The cartridges did not dry out even when sitting for a few weeks. I had issues in the past with other company's cartridges drying out when not in use. For the price, you cannot go wrong. If you do have an issue, they will try to resolve it the best they can.
