Excellent!

good size, good ingredients and happy with the quality. it was a reasonable price so decided to try it out. will need to take it for a few months before I notice any effects. general bit b complex is good for the nervous system and the best part is that it doesn't small

Wonderful

I love the quality and whole food ingredients for this highly absorbable B complex. I also appreciate that there is methyfolate instead of folic acid, which many people (like myself) cannot properly utilize. I often like to split the serving as 1 cap in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.
