Hardware is great, software needs work

Sound and microphone quality are both good. Music sounds surprisingly good for a mono speaker. Software update requests: 1. When certain participants speak in meetings and sometimes when multiple applications are playing, the speaker dramatically peaks, making it very difficult to understand what is being said. Because of this, I regularly change to a Jabra headset. This should be something easily remedied with a firmware update.. but I don't notice much attention paid to continuous software improvement. 2. The default sound mode is bass booster. It can only be changed when connected to a computer with the device software installed, and does not save when plugged into a different computer. This is frustrating because I am not able to install the software on my work laptop (the main reason to have this). This should also be easy to fix… or maybe even just make “normal” the default sound mode.
