Thorne Provides Quality Supplements
After it was discovered that a lot of supplements and even fda approved drugs were manufactured with falsified data, now everyone has to be careful what they consume, so far Thorne has been my go-to manufacture for supplements. Just wish they would easily disclose where they get their ingredients. But so far this is the one of the few supplement manufacturers I turst and will continue to use them.

Cognitive improvement
I initially started taking this for anti-aging and to help reset my metabolism given I work nights and am an active competitor in grappling and wrestling. I've noticed significant improvement in cognitive focus which wasn't my initial intent. I now take it daily as part of my routine and love it! Sleep has improved. My body feels healthy.
