I have not baked with these yet, but expect I will be very happy. They were packaged SUPER well. Very impressed. They are heavy-similar I think to a cast iron of the same size. So if you have hand pain/arthritis, you may not like them. The price was quite a bit cheaper than similar pans. Did not realize they were licensed under Farberware brand (Farberware is on the bottom). I think most bakers would be very pleased with this (these-as I purchased 2).
