The Emergen-C vitamin supplements packs are a great, tasty way to get your daily RDA of most vitamins. I mix one packet of the with Walmarts Great Value Kiwi Strawberry Drink Mix that has Electrolytes no dyes. It taste delicious and give you all the vitamins and electrolytes you need. My dad who has Alzheimers and does not like to drink water, loves it. So he is getting all his vitamins and getting water in his body and I don't have to force him. All of sudden he tells me " I am feeling less weak and better!" I know why! It is a better probably cheaper than other hydration drinks . Good for all ages!! Helps with hangovers too!!!!
