Clearly defective tub and swiss Madison doesn't care

I have three of these tubs from two separate vendors and all have same defect.Due to first tub damage being discovered during install Swiss Madison refuses to do anything. I decided to just buy the tub again from a different vendor and it was delivered with other damage but has the same crack on the same ledge. That vendor sent a replacement a week later and guess what....same crack same ledge.I've called and emailed Swiss Madison and they refuse to budge on this being a manufacturing issue. I am out 1k for a clearly defective tub and now 3 weeks with a home with 2 toddlers and no tub.Avoid this clearly poor craftsmanship at all costs.
