Great Dana 30 Skid Plate

I purchased this knowing it's not for a CJ7. However, since the 5 bolt flange bolt pattern is the same as a CJ7, I cut it in half, bolted it onto the differential then cut the remaining material into pieces then welded it all together for a great fit. Now my front diff is protected!

As protected as a tank!

Just replaced my stock fuel skid plate and saw this and added it. Installed it today as of writing this. I also painted it with bed liner before installing. Very well designed and very robust. Lots of confidence now for future trail rides. Install went smooth. Hardest part was dealing with rusty bolt ports. Fits like a glove over the factory skid plate.
