Broken upon arrival.
The wood came broken! I opened one box and the contents were fine. I opened the next box and before I even get it fully opened, I see right at the top, a huge piece of wood broken in two! I haven't pulled it out the box yet, but I'm assuming it's a piece that will be very visible once assembled. Unacceptable!
