box was ripped and chair was scratch, and workers on phone were rude like i wanted there money free. a customers service i spoked too told her what happened she put me on hold .came back ok im emailing a 15% off coupon and was gonna see a reimbursement at least partial and said if its not in your account in 24 hrs give a call back and will take care off you .obviously not cause when i called back they were no help just felt like i was aski g for mo ey back she was the one that said it to me first about a credit smh
