Bad product, bad Customer Service!!!

Run away from this seller. These scents doesn't smell anything! I bought 12 packs to bring to Brazil for gifts, it came wrapped in a plastic bag and I didn't opened to keep the smell. I can't return it and all the seller told me is "thank you for letting me know". Very disappointed!!!
