This chapter shows that we all share the same feelings and the only way to truly get through this is to acknowledge these feelings. Only then can we begin to heal.

The worst possible thing we can do is to measure our lives in comparison to what others are expecting. And yet, we do this all the time. To overcome adversity, you must be connected with something of meaning. To do this, you must truly know yourself and what will make you happy.
