The arms on the couch are shaky it wasn't made well, the cushion where you sit isn't the most comfortable and this material it's made of sucks because you kinda slide down when you wanna sit back and relax. The pictures online make it look very nice but for the price the quality isn't that good I would've returned it but I couldn't fit it in my car or jeep. The ratings of this couch are tricky that's what made me buy it plus it looks nice I kinda regret it now. Good luck..

I bought this based on 11 five star reviews, which now I believe were paid for. This sofa sleeper is so cheaply made, the fabric bunched up right out of the box as if it had been used, I couldn't get one of the arms removed when needed, it is extremely small, definitely not for adult's, and after my friend, who is small, slept on it 3 nights, the back of the sofa that comes down for the head, wouldn't stay up. Also, when u sat or laid on it, it sounded crunchy. Waste of money for sure. The one positive thing I can say about this company is they actually called to let me know my shipment was arriving late and they were very cordial.
