Guys let me tell you, this little gadget really works well. When I was young it was a needle and ice to pierce my ears. lol but my little girl (17 yrs) said nope. I got this practically overnight. Fast delivery. Easy to follow instructions, the earrings are preloaded in 2 cartridges. You mark dots with a pen and load the cartridge and push like a hole puncher. Then reload the other cartridge. No problems at all. This was a breeze. My daughter's happy and the sterilizing fluid comes with. I got the 5mm size earrings and should have gotten 3mm but otherwise very pleased. You will love the simplicity of it. I would recommend it highly and buy again.
