I am surprised. I thought it was going to be too soft when I first got the pillow. It takes a few hours for it to get into its shape after you unbox and unwrap it. I use the larger curve for my neck area. I have put a pillow case over it as it does get hot. If you are looking for a cool pillow, this might not be it. Or you could use a some cool pillow sheet that helps with the temperature. Much more affordable than other supportive pillows. Only thing (which doesnt change the functionality of the pillow) is the zipper handle broke (the metal is cheap). I can still upzip it though.
