When purchased the first time had sales rep try to install it and fail. 1st one went terribly one the second one I installed and it worked. Stayed on for about 3 months slowly moving and shrinking when in my pocket till finally rolled enough that air was pushed underneath the screen and film, I did due vigilance to get it in place as it was, never worked, bubbles then tore. After that it just kept shrinking and micro tears happened. Till finally it ripped all the way. I'm hoping this second time it will stay for longer.

I bought this about a month and a half ago. I am about to order a second free replacement. The first one would bubble up off the screen when I put the phone in my front pocket. For the replacement, I have been very careful to place the phone facing away from my body, and after about 2 weeks it is coming up from the edge of the screen. I noticed a tear in it today right on the very edge.
