Boots are cute and true to size, but the packaging was awful. The boots were not put in a box so they were squished and have some creases. They also smell AWFUL and have debris all over them. I have to wipe them off and air them out before I get to wear them. So disappointing.

Bad customer service

I can't attest to how the shoes feel or the quality of them because the shoes I received were too small. I can tell you that the shoes run small. I purchase a size 7 that felt like a 5 or 5.5 at best. You should also taking consideration that the seller does NOT allow returns

WAY TOO SMALL!

It took 6 weeks for shipping and when they came in they were WAY TOO SMALL!!! The size in them says “40” (not sure what that means) but I ordered a 9 and these are probably a 6/7. I am so upset because I was so excited about these shoes.
